You are not the cheapest supplier by price, why should I use you? What are the differences between yourself and the major competitors?
As all buyers should concern, we offer much more than just the price. We provide a mix of price, choice, quality, delivery and service, which makes our customers keep coming back to us.
What are the minimum for the orders?
In general, our minimum per order is around 1200pcs, but of course we are flexible on this in order to satisfy our customer needs.
How long will it take for the garments to be delivered? Can it be delivered to my country?
Normally it takes 1-3 months to delivery after order is confirmed. Delivery to your country by sea / air port can also be arranged.
Do you do business with small retailers?
With many years of experience in this field, we do understand that small to large global retailers are equally important to us.
What sort of customer service do you provide?
All of our staff are trained to provide professional advice and service from sample development to bulk production. Our managers are also fluent in English which will allow us to communicate with you easily.

How can I be assured that the produced garment will be of good quality?
All of our garments are produced under strict QA & QC during the entire production process. Providing high quality products is one of the "promise" from our company. The rule is simple, "if you like our quality, you will do business with us again".
What is the method of payment? What is included in the price?
In most of the cases we do "Letter of Credit " (LC at sight) or T.T. We usually quote FOB ctg prices which includes the packing and delivery to the port in CTG. CNF/CIF prices are also available if requested. |
