Nouvelle Securities Ltd. (NSL) is incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994 (Act XVIII of 1994) having a certificate of incorporation No C-59045 (1051/05) dated 15 Sep, 2005.
Nouvelle Securities Ltd. (NSL) has been involved with the capital market of Bangladesh since 1984. Under the able guidance of its Managing Director A. M. M. Iqbal Ali, it has come a long way. In the first quarter of 2007 NSL opened its 1st branch office in Gulshan and after its initial success in the first quarter of 2008 NSL opened its 2nd branch in Mogh Bazar. In June of 2010 it has opened an extension Branch in Motijheel. Apart from this NSL is opening two additional branches located at Dhanmondi and Shaymoli respectively within 2010. Over the last 25 years, we have been recognized as a professional brokerage house in the capital market of Bangladesh with over 16,000-client base and it is increasing day by day. NSL was incorporated as a private limited company on September 15, 2005. NSL is also the Corporate Director of Prime Finance Properties Ltd.
