Institution Building
As a part of institution building on gender issues consolidated efforts have been taken to form gender forums both at village and upazila level, involving the target population. The forums have been acting as the catalyst for lobbying and advocacy, related to gender issues under the guidance of RUSTIC. In order to guide the work force of RUSTIC for assisting the forums and others a comprehensive policy on gender issue adapted with the help of a professional person.
Monitoring and Evaluation Process
A regular and periodic monitoring by the RUSTIC’s staff will be in place so that the organization can learn about the status and make appropriate adjustment. Above all outside party will be invited to audit the over all status of the organization.
There will be a provision of yearly evaluation and periodic evaluation by the RUSTIC and donor to measure the achievement of goal so that the RUSTIC can take further decision to instill newer version of the successful intervention. Besides, yearly seminar and conference will be organized for the review and sharing of the RUSTIC’s status of benefit and lesson learned.
Reporting System
RUSTIC prepares monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports. As per requirements some other reports like survey reports, review reports, study/assessment reports, donors reports, monitoring and evaluation reports.
Financial Management
RUSTIC has separate account sector to maintain the accounts of the projects. The accounts are maintained through the policy of RUSTIC. The general account of the organization is operated by the joint signature of the Executive Director and the Treasurer. Separate bank account is maintained for individual project in the name of project at a local schedule bank. The project account is maintained by the joint signature of the Project Leader and the Treasurer. But the approval of the executive director is mandatory for the withdrawal of money form the account. Though the established financial guidelines of organization are followed, if the donor recommends any special financial guideline for the project, it is also be followed. The organization make the accounts (both general and project accounts) accounts audited by external auditor yearly basis and the internal audit also be done quarterly basis.

Conclusion:
RUSTIC is one of the very few leading NGOs in Southwest Region of Bangladesh working for grassroots people especially the marginal farmers. Since its inception has been working for establishment of an environmental friendly society. From a very small beginning with just the Coordinator and one activist, RUSTIC has been growing, gradually, taking up many multidimensional activities. Its commitments towards the change of the status of the under privileged people and the collective efforts of its dedicated work force of the organization and its partners and all sorts of cooperation of National and International network organizations enabled the organization to advance to a recommendable success, which is very much encouraging to march forward to its destination. So credit of the success goes to every one who directly or indirectly have been cooperating RUSTIC in its journey. If this trend is continued unhindered, it is certain RUSTIC will be able to reach its destination with pride and success.
