Governance and Management Practice:
With the consent of executive committee, staffs of RUSTIC are performing organizational activities. Generally the policy decisions are made in the executive committee meeting and for the interest of the organization the executive committee meeting could be arranged at any time. Annual general meeting of the general body is held once in a year for approval of yearly budget and approval of the activities of the previous year. However the special general meeting could be arranged for emergency purposes. For the implementation of projects the project heads work directly under the supervision of the Executive Director of RUSTIC. All the processes are reviewed and monitored through monthly monitoring meeting.
