Order Info
Sampling Service :
Samples can be ready within 7-10 days with your prints. Screen Set-Up charges are USD 10 per color.We provide couple of samples completely free of cost. Only we need your import courier A/c no (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT)
Fabric :
Our Jute & Cotton bags are generally coated inside with PP ( Polypropylene ) or LDPE ( Low Density Polyethylene ) lining until and unless otherwise specified. We can also dyed the fabric to match the PMS, however exact color matching is not possible due to the natural fibers. The shade may differ slightly from lot to lot. Azo Free Direct Dyes can be used of
the bags to follow EU Standards at special request & extra cost.
Artwork & Printing :
Ready artwork in CD or JPEG/Adobe is acceptable. All our bags are Screen Printed. We can also do AZO Free Printing on the bags. Printing Costs depends on the numbers of colors & coverage area. Printing costs US 5 cents per color approximately.
Payment Terms :
Our standard payment terms is 30% advance and balance after receiving the B/L copy by fax. L/C at Sight is also acceptable.
Packaging :
Bulk packing in export quality standard 7 ply corrugated cartons of size 28 x 18 x 15 inches (0.123 CBM/Ctn) with a vinyl sheet inside to protect the bags from moisture. Any special accessories or special packing such as
labels, tags, stickers, poly bags, inner boxes, special master box etc. can be provided at an extra cost as applicable at actuals.
Lead Time (Customized Bags) :
4 to 6 weeks. Rush order are also accepted.
You can increase the Enhance and evaluate the bags by supplements by :

Over-runs & Under-runs :
Right to ship 5% over or under and will bill accordingly. |
